Who We Are
The Masonic Charity Foundation of New Jersey (MCFNJ) is a dedicated charitable outreach organization committed to supporting New Jersey Masons, their families, and the broader community. Guided by the core Masonic values of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth, we strive to be an innovative and sustainable force for good, providing a comprehensive safety net that includes financial assistance, academic scholarships, and specialized support for widows and dependent children. Beyond our fraternal bonds, we actively invest in the well-being of our neighbors by supporting initiatives in literacy, education, public safety, hunger alleviation, and youth services. Managed by a Board of Trustees, we serve as a vital resource for advocacy and referral, ensuring that those we serve have the tools and support they need to thrive.
Our Mission
To develop and maintain a charitable outreach program for the benefit of New Jersey Masons and their families, regardless of where they live, New Jersey students, and the care and assistance of poor, distressed and indigent persons found to be in need, inspired by the principles and values of Freemasonry. The Foundation focuses on assisting Masons and their families, as well as supporting community organizations and distressed persons in need in such areas as literacy, education, scholarship, public safety, hunger alleviation, family and youth services, disaster assistance and such other works of charity and relief as may be deemed appropriate.

Our foundation is governed by a board of dedicated Masonic leaders from across New Jersey, all volunteering their time and expertise to ensure our programs, including scholarships, remain impactful, fair, and accessible.
